Saresh Babita Group (SBG) is a consolidated firm of diverse enterprises. It was founded in 2018 to affiliate and deliver its products with one business name. Its foremost inception dates back to 1995 when the present-day Chairman of SB Group and the Executive Director of Everest Group, Mr. Saresh Kumar Saraff, ventured into sugar manufacturing and distribution in Nepal.
This success was followed by a series of new and varying business establishments that have evolved to become market leaders in Nepal. Today, SBG leads six diverse business sectors with one passion: delivering the best products.

History
After a great success in his first venture, Chairman Saresh Kumar Saraff consecutively pursued his diverse business interests and has not looked back ever since. In 2007, he partnered with Ram Janaki Plastic to manufacture HD pipes and plastic sheets. His partnership with Yash Motor International shortly followed this to open a Sonalika Tractor franchise in Janakpur.
In 1993, he embarked on his second most significant project, Himalaya Sugar; in 2018, he acquired ISO 2000 and FSSC certification and was the only Sulphur Sugar mill in Nepal. The project withstood several consequential circumstances in its beginning year as it intersected with the then political unrest of the country. Nevertheless, it gained momentum soon after and has made significant progress.
SB Group has recently partnered with Green Biofuels and started an Oxygen Plant in Lalbhitti while preparing to start a briquette plant in Dhalkewar, Janakpur. The company also initiated Green Feed Industries and is anticipating the launch of its product line, which goes by the name ‘JIO feed.’
